Agriculture

At Faith Works Farm, we are reclaiming the soil as sacred ground. Our Kingdom agriculture initiative is a return to God’s original design — where faith-based food systems nourish both body and spirit. Through sustainable farming, food sovereignty, and hands-on education, we feed our communities and prepare to feed the 5,000. We teach churches and families how to grow their own food, steward land righteously, and partner with the earth to fulfill God’s purpose. It’s not just farming — it’s a prophetic act of restoration and provision. The following project visions aren't just AI simulated dreams. These are works in action that have been implemented by various partners of Faith Works Village, including Living Water Harvesters, Purple Food Crew, and Petersburg Is Growing Inc. A full decade of promoting health to the body of Christ, and designing and simplifying systems to increase access to fresh nutrient dense #HONEST Produce.

Urban FARM

A community garden is traditionally synonymous with the bounty it yields, yet transcends its conventional role at the F.A.R.M. Here, an Urban Farm is not restricted to embodying the cultivation of agricultural production, but also a sanctuary for the culmination of virtues. It symbolizes the intricate processes of growth, nurturing patience, resilience, and a host of other character virtues. Moreover, it stands as a testament to the profound satisfaction derived from savoring the fruits of labor, infused with love and sown into the fertile soil of our earth as the Fruit of the Spirit.

CSA Store

The introduction of a Farm and Restaurant Market promises significant community benefits. By providing residents with access to fresh, locally sourced produce and healthy food options, the market addresses food insecurity while fostering a vibrant community space. This not only encourages social interaction and community cohesion but also serves as a deterrent to crime by increasing the presence of law-abiding citizens. Additionally, the market offers constructive activities and offering alternatives to gang involvement.

OUR F.A.R.M.S

The F.A.R.M. will utilize produce grown directly in the community to feed the community. The mere act of working in a low labor garden is therapeutic. The daily operations will be local volunteer driven with an incentivized farm manager, market manager, and food prep staff. The potential for young people to make an #HONEST living is inspiring and can be a beacon of health as well as a small economic generator for a community priced out by lower quality products offered by big-box stores. F.A.R.M.S. can spark a healthy change within a community.
